What drives the cost?
- Size (Width, Length, Height): Taller legs and wider clear-spans require heavier gauge steel and stronger trusses.
- Roof Style: A-Frame Vertical roofs cost more than Regular roofs because they require additional hat channel purlins and ridge caps to run the panels vertically.
- Local Codes: Buildings in northern states (heavy snow) or coastal areas (high wind) require tighter truss spacing and more anchors, which increases the price.
- Customizations: Roll-up doors, walk-in doors, windows, insulation, and wainscotting all add to the base price.
